SASSAFRAS HEALING ARTS ORIGIN STORY I started Sassafras Healing Arts in 2012 after many years of supporting myself with herbal medicine through a variety of health crises. When a sweet friend of my told me that they loved the winter solstice salve I made for them so much that they wanted to get more from me for some of their beloveds, I decided to begin offering herbal medicine to folks in my community.
