The herbal medicines and botanical crafts you find here are all dreamed up, researched, and created by yours truly with plants I have either grown and gathered myself, or intentionally sourced from small scale farmers / growers. My medicine-making approach is rooted in bioregional relationship and land stewarding, in recognition of our interdependence with and responsibility to the land.
